Refund and Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when initiating a return.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care items and hygiene products
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Damaged or used products

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at support@theflexicart.in

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
