At FlexiCart, we are committed to delivering your orders across India efficiently and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Coverage
We offer pan-India shipping to all serviceable pin codes across the country. During checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your location by entering your pin code.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Order value
We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with tracking information.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option across India. With COD, you can pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery to our courier partner.
Please note:
- COD may not be available for all pin codes
- COD charges may apply on certain orders
- Please keep exact change ready for the delivery partner
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status using this tracking number on our courier partner's website.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package:
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times
- You will be contacted via phone/SMS for redelivery
- If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us
- Return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund for failed COD orders
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- PO Box addresses
- Certain remote or non-serviceable areas (verified at checkout)
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately at support@theflexicart.in with your order number and photos of the damaged package. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Address Changes
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to modify the address, you may need to cancel and reorder.
